Orlando's commercial renovation contractor
What Types of Commercial Properties Does Statewide Home Remodeling Work On?
Hotels, schools, restaurants, apartment complexes, warehouses, office buildings, retail spaces and medical offices. If it is a commercial property that needs renovation work, we have probably done something close to it.
Commercial jobs run differently from residential ones, and that shows up on day one. A hotel cannot close while its rooms are refinished. A school job has to fit the academic calendar. A restaurant remodel usually runs in phases so the kitchen keeps serving. An apartment complex gets turned unit by unit so tenants are not all displaced at once, and a warehouse conversion into office or retail space follows a different permitting path than a standard buildout.
We have managed all of those, and we plan for them before the first subcontractor shows up.
Statewide has been doing commercial renovation work in the Orlando area since 1985, including projects for hotels in the Disney corridor and for Orange County schools. The scope swings enormously between jobs. The process does not: walk the property, write an honest estimate, pull the permits, coordinate the trades, finish to code. Commercial work runs under the same general contractor license as our residential home renovations, and there is more about how Statewide Home Remodeling works if you want the longer version.
